    Non-Alcoholic Recipes

    Offered by Hypnosis Institute of Texas & Dr. Michael Stower, DCH


    FUZZY COLADA

    1 oz Non-Alcoholic Peach Schnapps 2 oz Orange Juice

    2 oz Pina Colada Mix
    Blend ingredients until smooth, serve in stemmed glass. Garnish with peach slice.

    AMARETTO COLADA

    1 1/2 oz Non-Alcoholic Amaretto
    3 oz Pina Colada Mix
    1/2 cup ice
    Blend ingredients until smooth, serve in stemmed glass.
    OPTIONAL: Replace ice with one scoop vanilla ice cream.


    ALMOND EGG NOG

    1 1/2 oz Non-Alcoholic Amaretto
    4 oz chilled Egg Nog
    Combine ingredients over ice in rocks glass.


    COLA/BERRY SELTZER

    1 oz Non-Alcoholic Strawberry Schnapps
    5 oz Cola (or diet cola)
    Combine ingredients over ice in a tall glass.


    STRAWBERRY COLADA

    2 oz Non-Alcoholic Strawberry Schnapps
    3 oz Pina Colada Mix
    1/2 cup of ice
    Blend until smooth, serve in stemmed glass. Garnish with strawberry.


    STRAWBERRY MARGARITA

    2 oz Non-Alcoholic Strawberry Schnapps
    1/2 oz Sweet & Sour Mix
    1/2 Cup of ice.
    Blend until smooth, serve in Margarita glass rimmed with sugar. Garnish with strawberry.


    WHITE RUSSIAN

    1 1/2 oz Non-Alcoholic Coffee Liqueur
    4 oz Milk or Cream
    Combine over ice in a rocks glass.


    MEXICAN COFFEE

    1 1/2 oz Non-Alcoholic Coffee Liqueur
    5 oz Hot Coffee
    Dollop Whipped Cream
    Combine in a mug topped with whipped cream.


    COFFEE COLADA

    1 1/2 oz Non-Alcoholic Coffee Liqueur
    3 oz Pina Colada Mix
    Blend until smooth, serve in stemmed glass.


    MARGARITA

    1 oz Non-Alcoholic Triple Sec
    1 1/2 oz Sweet & Sour Mix
    1/2 cup ice
    Blend until slushy, serve in Margarita glass rimmed with salt. Garnish with lime wedge.


    LONG ISLAND ICED TEA

    1 1/2 oz Non-Alcoholic Peach Schnapps
    1/2 oz Non-Alcoholic Triple Sec
    1/2 oz Sweet & Sour Mix
    2 oz 7up(diet 7up)
    Fill with Cola(or diet cola). Combine over ice in a tall glass. Garnish with lemon wedge.


    HOT PEACH COBBLER

    1 1/2 oz Non-Alcoholic Peach Schnapps
    4 oz Hot Apple Cider
    Pinch Cinnamon
    Combine ingredients in stemmed mug. Stir with cinammon stick.


    COFFEE AMARETTO

    1 1/2 oz Non-Alcoholic Amaretto
    5 oz Hot Coffee
    Dollop Whipped Cream
    Combine in a mug, top with whipped cream.
    OPTIONAL: add shaved chocolate.


    NEW YEARS PUNCH BOWL

    1 liter Non-Alcoholic Peach Schnapps
    1 Quart Orange Juice
    1 Quart Pineapple Juice
    1 750ml Non-Alcohol Brut ChampagneCombine ingredients in punchbowl, float ice ring and slices of orange. (Serves 20 people.)


    AMARETTO CAKE

    18 1/4 oz package Yellow cake mix w/pudding in the mix
    1/2 cup Non-Alcoholic Amaretto
    3 Eggs
    1/2 Cup water
    1/3 cup Vegetable Oil
    GLAZE Optional (Recipe below.)Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 12 cup Bundt pan well. Mix ingredients together and blend at medium speed 2 minutes or 300 strokes by hand.
    Pour mixture into greased and floured pan. Bake 35-40 minutes or until cake springs back when touched lightly in center.
    Allow to cool down thoroughly and remove from pan before glazing. Spread glaze allowing some to drizzle down the sides.
    GLAZE RECIPE: Amaretto Glaze
    Blend 3/4 powdered sugar with 2 teaspoons Amaretto until smooth. If necessary stir in additional Amaretto to thin mixture.
